It was never broken... It just isn't setup by default. None of these roms will ever be perfect out of the box and will always require some sort of tweaking. Nrgz makes many versions for many phones but not for specific providers. So you will always have to setup something as a part of your flashing routine (ie Sprint - keyboard fix, mms)

when i dowbnload this rom from the link on the first page it saves it in a file type that is not recognized by my pc. What is the file type? anyone else with this issue?

It is a compressed file format... download winrar or 7zip. Both of them are free downloads just google them.

ppcgeeks seems to have become a see who can slam who site... almost afraid to post anymore, don't want to deal with all the flames...

But... shutter... here goes..

NRGZ28 used to have a fav backup program on one of this first pages with which I thought he backed up everything from; email (multiple accounts settings, to things like unchecked time sync (to stop hyper active sync), unchecking the USB (enable faster data), etc.. etc.. etc..

I DID do some homework, search the forum for backup many pages.. saw PIM, sushimi (sp?)... I don't see it on the front page.

Please advise, I need to burn yet another GREAT famous energy ROM & don't want to take another 3 hours to set it up.

Could you make sure to pull his coat tail and ask that Build 500 is included in our CDMA releases?

Also having the same problem with SYNC in my Ford Escape. It fails to hang up when I hold the phone button down. I'm glad someone has found out what the problem is. Is there a way to update the package in the ROM?

Ziggys tool will back up everything.....e-mails etc....creates the regs and xml's....then just move them over to Sashimi and run it...
