I just installed the new GTX cookie and there was nothing cookie about it. It was the regular ROM....either way back to April 1 ASAP for me

GTX does have the cookie home tab included... the only problem I have found is the twitter tab has a bug when you select anything, sometimes you can back out with the hardware button but it also crashed manila a few times.

Been using April 1 21898 2.5 standard since it was released. Been extremely happy with what I've seen so far! Very fast, battery has been great and not really anything to complain about. No crashes or slow screens whatsoever. From what I have always read is that the 21xxx series is more stable.

I found out while messing around with this rom about where the heck the "advanced" tab went in the dialer options. It is no longer there for sure but I found what I needed by going to the Comm manager and going into the phone options there. I can edit the canned outgoing text to an incoming caller once again.

I'd like to use the 23554 rom but the March 30th I ran for one day crashed on me and said a PCAP or something needed to be updated, then there was freeze ups etc. Not a good experience The one thing I would love from the 6.5.X sys is the clock hard set in the upper right corner as it is. Other than that, the large buttons aren't as important.

I think i may have found a bug in 21898 2.1. Anyone try to open a powerpoint slide? seems to be stuck for me in the first slide and will not continue.

Loaded the 23554 Cookie Home Tab 04-01. Everything works well except the WiFi Router. It connects but has no internet access. Anyone seen this problem?

Running 4-1 21898 Cookie on verizon. I decided to give HTC Messaging Client 2.5 another try. Everything works except recieving mms. I have read through the posts where verizon could not download mms but can't find the fix.

Setup server settings and made it default. (Same settings i used to use when it was cooked in.)
Tried a 1 in front of my phone #

Any other ideas?

I love these ROMs but not having MMS(Verizon) is driving me crazy!! Any one know of any fixes or any ideas? My friends wonder why my "supposedly" awesome, do-all, phone cant even receive a picture message......

Well, I will give this one last go and try the April 3 23554 Cookie GTX-themed. After a couple disappointing releases (Mar 13 and Mar 26, both 23554 Cookies), this will be my last try before moving on to someone else's custom ROM. I really want to like these releases but they are too infuriating with slow response, freezes, other inexplicable quirks.

For similar reasons, I moved away from MightyROM and MalROM. This tells me that I think these phones are too underpowered!

I just want a phone that is reliable, consistent, and capable to handle the software we throw at it...
