Just updated from Feb 22nd or 26th. 215892 w/ htc messaging (forget) and am having a ****ing bitch with restoring my messages.

This new messenger in these newer roms is becoming a deal breaker for me. HTC messaging doesn't work well with it sending messages as images. and I can't find working arcsoft either.

Uhh....Maybe you're not the "smart phone" type of guy....

Yes sir reeeee! That's what I've done. When this March 9th rom blows up (they always do) then I'll upgrade to the next update. If it doesn't work I'll just go back. No time to waste configuring every few days.

Does anyone have the same problem as me?

I keep getting the same text message sometimes but with a different time stamp. But turns out its not suppose to be the same text, its suppose to be something totally different. its happened alot on many of the builds and i cant seem to figure out why.

have you tried using microsoft myphone to backup and restore text messages instead of PIMbackup? I know I had alot of issue when it came to restoring messages across different versions of sense and windows (moving from 6.1 to 6.5 to 6.5.1 back in the day) I made the move to myphone and rarely run into issue anymore with restoring them.
