Well Standard will just be more transparent, and look a bit more similar. But you're in the wrong thread.

1. For a standard black background it would be white not transparent.
As your default wallpaper is black, the white really is bright and stands out.
If you could add a cab for this option it would be immensely appreciated.

3. Verizon stock rom was set as "Reply" as well as most windows mobile roms. Why would you want to reply to yourself on every email by default, or a group better yet?

1. NRG will make that stock CAB sometime soon, he's busy releasing the new ROM's and all.

2. Yea, it's a new feature of Manila 2.5.

3. For some reason, the stock HTC ROM's (and T-Mobile and others) have it set to Reply All. Idk why, but that's what they did! There's a way to disable it, but idk where.

Thanks, and definitely not stupid....I have gone through all of the notifications and attempted to clear that before I posted this.

Just in case, I just went and cleared my new email notification and I don't have any new SMS/MMS and the darn thing is still blinking.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Well I have been half way successful in fixing the mms problem. under the server settings for mms it is initially set for wap 2.0. That needs to be set to none, because sprints pic mail does not use a wap. Now when I send a message it says message sent, however it never goes through to anyone. So that is where I am on it right now. Anyone else have any progress??

Yea, we pretty much gave up on getting MMS to work through Manila.

Just do the disabling Manila Messaging stuff from the FAQ, and it'll work. Manila Messaging slows down too much to be functional nowadays.

few things...


one:

ok it gets laggy after like if im playing music and then go back to manilla 2.5 its really really really laggy..

the sideways touch flow (with music coverflow knockoff) is extremely laggy and is almost unseable (idk if this is an error or by design)..

it starts to junk up fast.. in the sense that it starts to slow down.. idk if this is touch pro 2 WM problems or the ROM?

any people experiencing the same?

yea thats where i have been since about noon pst. if you look pages back we've been working at this all day. but yea i can receive fine, when i send it says it goes, but nothing on other end, ive only managed just one mms to actually be received by someone else on the other end but ive messed with some many configs and settings that i dont remember what it was set to at the time. plus the mms came through as being received at 2am on the users end when i sent it at 11am. maybe theres something messed up with the time settings. but im just gonna give up now. im sure it will be solved by some genius programmer in the future so no sense in wasting my time anymore, well, my works time i guess. lol

That's because you've got a lot of SMS messages. That's currently an issue with Manila 2.5.
