Just cooked a ROM and MMS issues are gone, but still having ringtone issues...

i also noticed that under phone options i only get sounds and network tabs... aren't there supposed to be more? where you can reject messages and GSM/CDMA settings? is anyone else missing them? maybe my dialer is corrupt?

Yep missing here also. Should have a tab for roaming and such. Running 6-21b

maybe your right... i switched taskbars not too long ago.... will try that too

Is it possible (or even worthwhile) to snatch the drivers and such from the Sprint or Verizon stock ROMs and cook them into the ROM you're making ??

Asking because I don't konw.. just trying to brainstorm different ways to get things working for ya ..

After much trial and error i have gotten a dialer cooked in and working, but its the winmo dialer.... tried to enable htc and didnt work.. i get all my phone options now and ringtones work but its winmo dialer...

going to bed now, more testing tomorrow

I just noticed that my video camera quick link does not work from the action menu, it looks like it is loading but then nothing. So I went into the Album and seleced Video Camera, Recorded a video and then played it back, however I had no sound. However when I played old videos save on the phone, it had sound. Weird.

I just downloaded the 6-21 6.5 to see if it is a bit more stable for my daily needs. I did have one question as my phone re-sent about 100 text messages to my wife and a friend. I did a task29, flashed rom then a clear storage, however I did restore a backup using PIM backup. I have never had that happen before but hopefully it was a one time fluke. Has anyone else had this happen?

Other than a few odds and ends I am hooked and will be flashing every time you upload a new fix for us junkies!

i used pim back up and had the same problem with txts i just unselected the txt as an option for backup, it will do it almost every time also if you have drafts they will get sent even if they are blank. i sent a lot of txts out to people and didnt turn out that well ha ha
