Sorry, I should've clarified. I initially flashed Lead's 7-1 6.5 ROM but it randomly hard reset twice on me so I decided to try his 7-4 6.5 beta ROM that was to fix the hard reset and SOD problem. This morning it happened on the beta ROM.

Did you Task29 before the flash?

download the attached file, unzip it and run the RUU inside before you flash a rom. Once it is finished, your phone will not go past the HTC bootscreen so take out the battery, put it back in but don't press the power button. Instead, continuously hold down the "volume down" key and press the power button while still holding down volume until the 3 color screen pops up.

Now you can either attach your phone to the computer and your screen should say "USB" and use the regular flashing method of using the RUU or if you use your storage card to flash, you cn do that. let me know if you need any help.

Thats the exact problem I was having without running Task29, partial Hard Resets in the middle of the night or after a couple hours of fresh flashes. Only the stuff that I had installed, all my cabs and customizations would delete themselves.

Task29 is VERY important.

I had a problem running Task29 from the .zip file so I couldnt do it till I found an all in one Task29.exe file that didnt require anything other than running it while synced with PC.

lead.. been running your latest 6.5 beta with no hard resets or SOD- amazing! Is there any way you can implement what you did to your latest 6.5.x ROM?

on 6.5.x beta 2

1st let me say thanks 4 this build and 4 it being stock. not many roms cooks make it stock, no themes no apps of 6.5.x i was on sprint lovers but chris got a evo so development stopped. pls continue w/ this build w/ upgrades n such

now, i havent had time 2 fully test or add my apps, so ill report more of what i noticed once i do. but from just quickly going threw the phone i noticed only minor things...the remove programs glitch, which i believe is a prob 4 all not just you (on 1st click you see glitch but exit out then back an its fine) not a big deal, dont worry bout it. wifi router is in settings/connections (shouldnt it be in main start)? agian not major. thats all i remember. it seems fast

keep it up, pls. thank yoi an ill try an post a full report w/ more testing

Edit: i also noticed bubble breaker is missing although i never play it. quick gps downloaded no probs. my location, weather, took a lil time to update but i did. i tried to log in twitter on the tab but it gave me user/pass error, but i was able to log in by going to settings/connections/accounts
