This happened to me once. I soft reset and it finished the rest of the way with no issue. If you haven't yet, try a soft reset.

yes, i soft reset. i flashed stock then flashed again as well.

flashed ROM with link quoted above with no problems. My normal flashing process was and is:
Flash with OEM signed Verizon ROM (MR1), flash custom ROM. Power off phone and pull battery in case of a difference in page pool size then power on phone and *228 send opt 1. No problems what-so-ever.

Nice point for everyone there about battery pulling for pagepool diff. Also *228 "I think", you may want to confirm with kcawley, but "i thought" he said he didn't have to do that on these new roms with the newer carrier files.

I am trying out the 23518 rom for Sprint and for some reason I can't get the Bluetooth to turn on. The little dots just keep spinning. I'd like to be able to pair my TP2 with my Mac and send files through Bluetooth like I do on EnergyRom but no go so far....anyone else experience this at all?

Ok, I didn't get all the 23518 updates out tonight cuz i was filling the need for a fix for Verizon users. Verizon users seem to be getting a random XML error upon boot. This does not happen to every one and seems random. But for those who do, here is a Blank Carrier ROM so you will have to use a VZ provisioning cab. It is a 23518 Titanium ROM. Hope this helps some people out. Although anyone can flash this and use any carrier cab they want though.
