hey neilson, do you have showcase installed? that was an issue that is well documented at XDA. I had it for a while, but the locking up and random closing of my SMS lists and Emails kinda got tiring....

raidzero,

To fix UC you need to add EXEC:\Windows\SDAutorun.exe and remove RST:RESET from your baseline.txt.

For anyone who wants UC on the current rom just in the cab below and then run the SDAutorun shortcut that is in the \temp folder.

Hold OK or the X and it terminates the application. Hold the start button and it brings up the a list of running tasks.
To me this is a must for any 6.5.1 rom.

That database should have worked, if you manually selected city and get error when pressing update, check your internet connection.

You basically need to be outdoors for the GPS to pickup satellites so that is why the auto location weather wont work all the time.
This rom works well when I tried it, but I had to be outdoors.

To trick(!) this to work indoors, just goto : start/system tools/ QuikGPS, and press download button..
Then go back to weather tab and it should update based on the QuikGPS info downloaded.

"RZ" did well to make the fix a cab, because the manilla file was in "rar" and I assume some users may not have been able to un-rar it.
This may be because any "rar" files did not associate to "Pocket rar" untill you started the "Pocket Rar" program.

All I did was delete the position fix file in Windows\Start up then installed Showcase and I have no issues...
Unless you didn't like Showcase, then I could see your problem...

when i installed showcase it put some weird arrow over my clock in the corner where the hidden taskbar was. is there a way/option to stop that?

I don't know, it doesn't happen to me. If I were to make an un-educated guess, I'd say it may have something to do with your taskbar. Trying taskbars on this new build has definitely led me to hard-resetting several times. Have you tried uninstalling whatever taskbar you have and then installing Showcase?

no but i seen your running gadgetrom taskbar so i may try that one instead.
