weather wasn't working for me on another rom either it just one day stopped working. so im not sure if its a bad server connection or what otherwise my browsing works fine
and comm manager has black background and black text but the sub text that describes the thing is gray.

OK I am running manila now. I changed some youtube stuff so will be testing that. I cannot test the GPS weather location service as I am inside at work, but I have never had a problem with regular weather updating, it also seems to use the radio towers to figure out my position pretty closely. (just flashed and it already picked the right city automatically... I just have to install the weather cities database since mine isn't included. When you customize tabs it is supposed to restart (I assume it has to to reload it with the new tab config) Will report more later.. good call on the comm manager, it is kinda hard to read like that. I will change to white text on black bg

well on the weather i use the conflipper v3 to install the cities pick my two cities and then when i go to update those it gives me a connection error. i never got the gps weather thing to work on any rom.

zombie, I was trying to upload this but then the server went down for the upgrade, this weather database uses a different server. and it works. not sure who made it.. cab says HTC. this adds about 5mb to your rom.. tons of cities. if you dont want that I'd just open it up and look at the reg and change yours, I know you have a cab editor..
