OMJ said on the XDA site that only v 1919 of contact picker worked. I haven't even tried to mess w/contact picker yet since I've still not even got messaging going fully.

Is this screen functional for you?

I finally found this screen. I don't text very often. Any ways no problem, sent text, no errors.

Do you have Icontacts installed? This is the Windows default screen correct.

I don't have Icontacts installed. I prefer outlook contacts. This is the manila default sms page. I've gotten past that issue now. My only issue is the Msg. 2106 error msg after having sent a text. The person never receives it.

Aight ladies and gents I've done it! I've run numerous test and sms works!

I'm using HTCSense_amarullzNoMessagingClient_2.0.0-BETA3 and no arcsoft at all. I'm sure mms doesn't work, but that's not a big concern for me. Now on to hopefully easier issues.

Next on my list is changing my background. I can't change the wallpaper for the life of me. I've tried weather and animated and neither one does anything. Anyone else have these issues?

Glad to hear you got messaging working. I do use mms and it is working fine. As of right now only problem is contact picker. Haven't tried contact picker 1919 yet, reading about it says it is only half ported.

I 'am very happy with my TP now. 2 weeks ago was looking at TP2. Glad I didn't get one. This the best my TP has ever been. RZ 23518 2.5 was stable but slow. Changing to 2012 has made it FAST & so far stable.

I will be trying some tweaks and mods will let you know what I find.

Transparent clock give the 0:00 for a few, reinstalling VGA clock fix doesn't seem to help or hurt.

Have you tried any of the home transparency cabs from that site. I have tried to make home tab transparencies but they don't work w/2012. I'm changing the same files that he's changing on that site. I think it has something to do with the fact that we're cooking in WVGA files as well as the VGA ones. My home trans. worked but distorted parts of the home screen. It looked sort of like it looks if you install a WVGA cab on a VGA device.

I did make a cab of my fav. glass clock for 2.5. I've not seen this particular glass clock yet for 2.5. The numbers need a tad more photoediting to get them exactly perfect, but the very minor issues don't bother me at all.

I just noticed some new messaging advancements as of this morning on the 2012 port XDA site too!

The transparent mods have worked well for me.

Been reading about messaging over at XDA also. Rom is working to good to mess with right now. Want to play with it awhile.

Been looking for clock mods. Might need help with that one.
Also trying to figure out Sense background.
