Ok, I think I am in understanding with what to do now.. But I need to know how to remove this alltel arcsoft cab i installed... Can I do it with "clear memory" or hard reset?
And how do I do a hard reset? volumedown/power/center? volumedown/power/reset?

we can chat tomorrow sometime i'm about to go to bed. have you checked start>settings>system>remove programs to see if you can remove it?

No I didnt try that.

I hard reset by using "wipe device" and that worked i guess
I just used registry editor to import that .reg file from the alltel thread you posted and it told me that it was not a valid reg file, but then it said "successfully imported registry settings" or something like that.

Going to test out now.

edit,, did nothing.. still says "cant send message blah blah blah drafts folder" .. **** im getting pissed off.

thanks! i mustve overlooked the posts.
ive been having problems with the keyboard (sometimes all hard buttons) randomly not working. a few hard/soft resets seems to almost have taken care of i. ill try the space bar/reset trick next.
otherwise i like the rom. first rom ive tried after a couple months of running the sprint stock rom

The GSM versions usually get updated a day or so before our CDMA ones, here's their changelog:

Not necessarily a bad thing as they sometimes catch bugs that get fixed before the CDMA release.

Nope, that's it. It'll get updated eventually, though. In the meantime, you should be able to disable Sense via Settings in any of the more recent ROMs, or try another chef's basic ROM. Rootlinux has some non-basic Titanium versions, but they don't get updated much either.

do you have any answers about a fix for youtube? Everyone gets the error about needing 8mb free space

Hey, thanks! This did seem to disable music tab rotation. It also disabled Album rotation, which is fine, because album performance seems better now anyway. Any idea what else this affects?
