I have the exact same issue. I've asked recently and didn't get any responses. I've tried two phones, the few energy roms that I've had installed and the stock rom is doing it. I've tried a couple of different headesets (all motorola) and they all do it.

Yes I have had the blutooth headset dropping issue for a long time.. Tried some older ROMs but they are doing it too, as well as other headsets.. It is annoying as hell but a quick fix it to push the botton on your headset to connect and it'll pair right back up in the call.. You end up looseing about 5 secs of audio and I'm getting quicker every call..

Quick question - is there any way to get the old 1-bar-at-a-time volume control back in Sense 2.5? In 2.1, the 3 bars at a time would come up normally but the 1-bar would be used in apps like YouTube and CorePlayer.

Also, is there a way to have CorePlayer continue playing off the SD card when I put device into standby? would be nice

To keep CorePlayer continue playing in the background:

HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\State\ Unattended\wav1:
change dword to 0.

Soft reset.
