did you get a 28xxx to boot? I haven't tried the newest one. At this point I'd like anything newer that would flash and boot.

Could you let us know if Bing, Google Maps, and Opera 10 beta 2 all are updated in the Dec 2 ROMs based on updates to these yesterday?

Looks like Opera 10 Beta 1 is defaulted. I haven't installed the new beta on top of this yet. I'll assume it will become the default. If not, I think you just need to rename it Opera10 or OperaL or whatever is in the Windows Directory.

Bing looks like v.4.6.9179.1 ...I don't know what the update is.

Google Maps comes up as v.3.2.1 (#17)

...I assume these are all the previous versions, since these updates came out while the ROMs were being cooked.

yes all versions of 28xxx flash as normal like they always have before,i flashed 2.1 and 2.5 12-02-09 releases and it was the same way with the 27th roms,28xxx just not for me

You misunderstood my comment. It helps to use the ROM for a little while to identify problems. Then, spend a little time troubleshooting the problem to get it to work. If you're troubleshooting while posting, the thread fills with "sms doesn't work", "wait, now it does", "no, only when I do this", "wait, I dont know what I did".

It makes it difficult to identify the ROM problems from the user issues.

That's all...and it was just my opinion, I wasn't trying to punk anyone or make anyone feel bad.

Ok looks like the version of Bing I downloaded was older (4.6.6169.0 OEM).

Google Maps is v.3.3.0 (#53) and I've attached it in case anyone didn't see it yesterday.

No offense, but ThreeFaces has done more for this thread/users than 99% of the people posting in this thread. If you want to cry about it, then that is fine.

There are plenty of users who test and give feedback, so before you pat yourself on your back, realize the door already slammed shut and was locked.
