Re: |HERM|ROM|6.5|WWE| ** EnergyROM 'Photon' (23016) ** | Built Oct 13th | Manila 2.

This is the only rom i've used with mostly everything new with no bugs, great job!!! the only problem im having is arcsoft keeps getting buggy, one minute i can recieve pics the next it wont let me open them, then it wont let me add a pic to the mms option to send, it keeps freezing or switching to the inbox screen! whats everybody else using because i need picturemail and audio. only problem is im using metropcs so i think i need arcsoft, any other arcsoft users experiencing this?

I hate to have to correct you on this one, but no, there is no fix to revert programs tab to 3 columns and all programs sub menu to single. The only fix there related to this is the one to set start programs to 3 columns but that is not what I'm looking for. Is there anyone out there that can figure this out?

That being said it puts everything you use right in easy reach and looks good doing it.
really ive never noticed that?

ive realized that it took less running and less batt then touch flo. unless it depends on this rom. but on stock it saved batt for me.

It does on average use more battery for many/most people.
Ram usage is very good.
It is a very solid UI.

I can confirm that. I used to use mobile shell with every rom I flashed. I had the same problem of increased battery consumption accross the board. Recently, I stopped using the shell and have opted to run the roms as is. Don't get me wrong. Mobile shell is great, but for me the additional battery consumption as well as the setup time to put everything back where you want after a flash, was just not worth it (I have grown lazy in my old age). On the otherhand, if you are just now experiencing mobile shell for the first time, I highly encourage you keep playing with it. There are tons of things you can do and ways to customize it, thanks to a number of individuals on here as well as places like XDA. Have fun with it.

If you use the registry editor and backup SPB keys you can import them right back and you won't have to set everything back up again.
The keys tell SPB shell where to put everything and you won't even have to soft reset device.
Just so you know.
