Dude, take another look at SASHIMI. There's a link in the Guide/Thread in my sig [scroll to teh edn of the first page of my thread] and you'll see a lnik to MURDUCKYS SASHIMI Walk Through.

It is an EXCELLENT resource. You can use UC [user customization] to auto launch sashimi and have it reconfigure your device to perfection in about 12 minutes off a flash. Dude...12 minutes to do what I would normally need about 2-3 hours to accomplish.

It will take you a couple of hours, depending on your configuration, to properly get sashimi set up...but ALL the help you need is in MURDUCKYS thread. Once you get it set, it was scary doing that first hard reset, but man was I immediately impressed.

Watch it after the first hard reset and you can see files loading in on their own...you may need to adjust a file here and there, but once you're set and get familiar with how to add new stuff or take out the old, you won't be disappointed. I promise.

I was a huge skeptic, had a similar past experience as you, but I'm singing praise now.

...do it. If you use UC properly, you can actually auto launch sashimi entriely and never have to touch the device. It will load up EVERYHING as you want it and soft reset itself when it's done.

Worth the time.

So I changed the wallpaper and can't get the stock one back, does anyone have it?
Also, threefaces said we don't need to install the stop-blink cab, but my phone blinks while it charges, am I missing a setting?

I love NRG's ROMs... beautiful and work well. Alarms work, ICS has the drop down to take it off of Phone as Modem, ## codes work, ##PRL works and finishes writing the PRL, ##DEBUG doesn't require a stupid password, roaming only works, etc. You'd be surprised how many ROMs can't do what I listed above.

Only thing I can't seem to get to work is the vibrate on connect that I was used to on other ROMs.

Only thing else I would ask for is the updated 6.5 NK build...and no, not the one with the taskbar at the bottom.

Vibrate on Connect work around - install a lock screeen like S2U2 or PocketShield. There are "feedback" settings that will enable this.

i love the rom update -- couldnt of asked for something better.. and now there is going to be a revised one.. i cant wait .. i feel like im on a crack binge with these roms.

Mine doesn't blink... and I didn't need a setting. Are you sure you flashed the 10/13 rom? and not the 9/20

I know that it was not blinking for me yesterday when I flashed the beta and then still not in the actual release. ...and it wasn't blinking this morning when I flashed again. I would check to make sure your flash went ok. Check your device info [software information] for the ROM version [start-settings-system].

You might poke around the evice to see if anything else looks weird. If that's the only glicth, install the stop blinking cab. I think we're going to see a revised version of this ROM soon anyways, so I wouldn't stress too much on reflashing just yet.

Has anybody been able to get sprint tv to install. I have tried everything flash to stock hardreset flash to nrg hard reset. install calulkins sprint tv cab installed to main memory install to sd card nothing can't find it anywhere any suggestions

I just checked, everything looks good. Do you have a heads up what will be in the revised? I should have waited to flash, i just got everything set up all perfect.

You're pretty good with this rom, is there any way you can pull the stock wallpaper and post it here? I can't seem to get it back and I'm digging through all my phones files
