Yeah try flashing a new radio. I am using the sprint 1.11 radio and it is working wonders. I live in an area with not so great signal strength and yet I am able to receive text and talk. Just play around with different radios until you find one for you that works.

I assume you're familiar with the Radio thread here at ppcg?

I would just play with different radio's, it's highly location dependent.
Hmmmmm.....Never tried 1.12.34 flashing that as I speak. Ill tell you how it works. If any better than the 1.11

But maybe i should try verizon (havent tired that) but i heard those get hot like the stock sprint radio. I might reflash to the stock sprint rom and radio then back nrgy, do you think that make any difference, b/c ive had the phone for about 1yr and flashed it so many times to custom roms. . . Its weird i use starrom and physki and they both give me excellent service and never drop call on them, but i drop at least 2 a day on nrgy(this is the one i love the most)
Oops! Forgot to mention I also tried a Verizon 1.03.09 and that was pretty good as well, no temp issues for me. Regardless of radios you shouldn't be getting a consistent dropped call issue. Have you updated your PRL lately? If you have been going ROM to ROM then the Stock Flashdance may cure your ills

Edit: If you flash a new radio and the Device Info does NOT change then you probably didn't get a good flash even if it told you it was successful. Try again.

Re: |HERM|ROM|6.5|WWE| ** EnergyROM 'Genesis' (23016) ** | Built Sep 20th | Manila 2

Update on my NEW OEM extended battery.
Took off the charge at 2:15 PM and have been using it under normal use and I am now at 85%.
Post back with the time that it finally dies.
Will be doing a master reset on the battery and updating to 9/20 in a day or so.
Then I will post back and share if the master reset on the battery does any better.

Longer lasting EnergyROM. Gotta love that.

Not sure if this was mentioned but did this update fix the hard resting feature? I'm hoping it wasn't just me that experienced it - cause then I wouldn't know what to do. Not sure which nomenclature the update I was using recieved, but I'm sure that it was the one prior to the 9/20.

What would happen is if the SOFT RESET was done, via button on bottom, or if the battery was removed, the device would HARD RESET. So did this update fix this issue?

Hmmmm never had that issue. I doubt it was the ROM though.
