I'm sure you already know about this NRG, but if you get a text or a call from a number thats not already saved in your contacts, and you hit Add To Contacts, nothing happens.

Also, on occasion, I get a new text and the timestamp is like an hour or two ahead. Is this a bug with the clock? Do I just need to set my clock to my city and that would fix it? Or do I still need to uncheck the sync time with server or whatever under settings? I remember doing that before and I would still have the timestamp problem. Thanks for any help!

Not exactly true.
Bricking a device can mean it will not boot back up.
In this case making it load into the boot loader and re-flashing can unbrick them.

Now if you were to brick it so bad it won't power up! LOL
That would be a hard fix.

I do agree that most of these errors are user created by mostly not getting a good flash and also installing apps that conflict with each other or with specific settings on the rom.
All these problems can be easily fixed with a good flash and knowing what you are installing.

Do you have the clock set to your timezone?

Also I can save new contacts from unknown calls just fine here.

great rom, both me and my gf have this rom. great work. she did notice that she couldnt send picture messages. in txt messages or mms, is there a way of doing that? thanx bro, keep up the great work:headb ang:

With a full backup and Sashimi I don't feel I have any need to worry with flashing. LOL

I also keep roms on my PC or backed up to DVD just in case.

I have SPB Backup and Resco Backup and you should be careful, it can cause issues when the rom has newer files than the image of your phone you backed up. It has been really glitchy when I restored backups on a new rom. If there's a different registry setting cooked in it will be overwritten by your backup. Basically making flashing to a new rom pointless.

What service are you on?
Do a search for Arcsoft MMS and you will find the answer.
You may need to run the MMS uninstaller cab and then the MMS cab for your provider.
That should fix you up.

Good point.
But you can choose not to have Spb backup include the reg in the backup.
It this case you could use the reg tool to backup just the keys you need.
I do this anyway.

Hi, I installed this rom and it looks great. My only problem is that the wifi router isn't working. I actually had might rom 6 before and it worked fine. Then I installed energyrom and it was also working fine. After sprint gave me an exchange for my phone because of broken keyboard, I can't seem to make wifi router work anymore. Please let me know if there is any fix to this. Re flashed a few times already.

O and my computer will connect to the phone, but it won't let me connect to the internet. I am not able to load any pages. Thanks for the help guys
