With a full backup and Sashimi I don't feel I have any need to worry with flashing. LOL

I have SPB Backup and Resco Backup and you should be careful, it can cause issues when the rom has newer files than the image of your phone you backed up. It has been really glitchy when I restored backups on a new rom. If there's a different registry setting cooked in it will be overwritten by your backup. Basically making flashing to a new rom pointless.
