Hey NRGZ....I'm not sure how you do it...But this is another "Solid as a Rock" ROM.

I had no problems flashing...The host kind of sux but I'm not being picky .

NRG, very very nice.. thank you. I did notice the in call power management was removed. Is there a place i can go to tweak the in call power, i want to leave it on, because it does not "wake up" when i remove the phone from my ear.

Alright, now you should have the cab removed. So now we'll put on the dcd carrier cab for Verizon.. You can get that here:

It's the last one on that page. Ok, now that that's done we'll put back on the Verizon specific ARCSoft cab:

Alright, now that that's done stop and see where you're at. The taskbar fixes shouldn't be necessary anymore and a quick search will give you the sms160 cab download if you don't have that (I've never had a problem with it).

You still may want to reflash before doing this at this point since I take it you've already redone your taskbar to a way you may not like? Let me know how it goes

One other thing, you did not mention changing the MMS settings to use "NETWORK" instead of "Verizon Wireless". And, in order to do that, you have to change the UI registry key for "enableserveredit" to "1". Right?? Or is this my problem...?

Ok, sorry to bother again, but it's still not working for me. I tried your suggestion of following the steps after a new flash, but no dice. I am now on the 9/5/2009 ROM, and have tried that, too.

Incidentally, you are right, once you install the carrier cabs, there is no need to change to NETWORK as the primary connection is changed to "Verizon Wireless" (doh, I did this about 20 times by now...).

Edit: now on the 9/5/2009 ROM, the default server is set to "Internet," but my connection is called Verizon Wireless...I think I have to change it again.

Now, I still notice a strange anomaly. Even following your instructions to the letter after a new flash, the X-VzW-MDN key is not there, but rather the X-Alltel-MDN key. Previously, this worked fine, but now (perhaps it's the new ROM?), it always adds that key and probably ignores the VzW one.

Bottom line, I still get "originator address not found."

I am using:

Remove PictureMail & Arcsoft.cab

then

dcd Verizon Carrier 20090831.cab

then

Arcsoft Verizon MMS 5.0.69.44.cab

Am I an idiot, or what?

What happens when you try it? I think the power off is that it turns the screen , not turn the phone off.

Would changing the pagepool help?
I read that there maybe some controversy with the pagepool changer program doing it correctly but when I checked this ROM, the PP was read as 16, I thought EnergyROMs were set at around 24?

Anyway I set it at 32 to see what happens and am re-flashing now...

Is there any other way to change the tf3d home tab wallpaper other than through the settings tab. I tried to change mine and when I answered "no" to the default question it went right back to the settings tab, changed my wallpaper to some odd grey, and now everytime I hit wallpaper under the settings tab it does nothing - doesn't open anything. I have looked all through the folders and can't find it. I have always used Titanium but love the color tabs and wanted to use a little TF3D again
