S2A does not work in landscape. Anyone with the same problem?

What's the landscape to portrait issue? Is it just that it switches to portrait when you bring up the dialer if youre in landscape? And then once done you need to open and close the keyboard to get it back to landscape?

Thats the only thing or "bug" I can get my altell TP to duplicate as far as the portrait to landscape issue with the dialer. Which to me is no big deal. I have played with this ROM on my TP HEAVILY now for four days and I have no other complaints as far as the ROM goes. I am still mezmerized at how great this is and the battery I gained over the Alltel updated ROM.

Bad thing is I am now addicted to energyROM and looking at this post as well as NRGZ28's twitter page 50 times a day looking for an update to the ROM I just flashed a few days ago! It doesn't help when I read everyone else that is jonesn' so-to-speak for an update!

I am completely content though with the current release........how does it get much better anyway? I say that until NRGZ28 smacks us with another release that makes us all scratch our heads and hit the the power, vol down, soft reset buttons as fast as we can!

yeah I had not even noticed the issue until I saw the post about it and I tried to duplicate it.

I'm pretty content thus far, although I have only had this ROM for a couple days, until manila 2.5/2.6 is ported to vga, then i must flash!

hey guys, has anyone noticed a significant delay in the time it takes to receive your text since you flashed the energy rom?

some of my texts are being delayed from a time of 30min to 4 hours at the latest.

any help would be great, i love the rom, but cant deal wih having text delayed

Edit: Actually when I installed it i did not show up in my start menu, but was in the program folder. Is there a way to get an icon to show up in the start up area.

I just installed it and the same thing happened to me. It is a little better wasn't ported very well. Many things are still small....but is usable. Go into either total commander or resco file explorer and copy the program into Windows\Start Menu and it will show up. I don't know why the cab doesn't do this automatically.

This has nothing to do with the ROM. The dialer isn't suppose to work in landscape. If I'm not mistaken, the tachi isnt a device that supports landscape, or that part of the dialer wasnt ported.

This is a very common Sprint network problem, it is not the ROM causing it.

This was one of the main reasons I left Sprint service.

Yeah thats the way the cab was setup. I had to use Total Commander and create a shortcut. Just put it in /Windows/Start Menu and it will show up.

My texting with sprint for the past few years has been flawless, up until yesterday when the text have been registering later than usual.

i've had sprint for 9 years now and havnt had a problem with service until the ROM was installed

if it is a problem with sprint, will enabling the verizon radio fix this?

I did a quick search of this and nothing came up so I'll just ask. On other roms whenever I put stocks into the stock tab in manilla there are sub tabs where I can view graphs of the prices for like 1 day through 2 years. On energy rom I can't seem to find a way to view these graphs. Anyone have any suggestions? Is this a bug... or a feature
