Hard reset and set up your email before you do anything else.
Some app installs or settings may cause problems.
I would try that first.

there is a fix for that i believe i read about prolly 50 pages back couple cabs to install, files to copy kinda not in search and read mode at the moment so sorry i dont post the link for your answer now i might feel like searching tomorrow but hopefully you found a search result that pleases you today

FYI... Im working on making a how to thread to kill active sync for good. A couple of people have asked me what i do... So im trying to make a super easy step by step instructional.
