Ok i think i see why i am getting confused.

It appears that if you hit the "Contacts" button on the home tab, now im talking about the contacts soft-button on the screen it takes you to a different contact screen than the manilla contact screen.

In portrait they are both usable and work perfect.
BUT
In landscape the manilla contact list is all distorted and clearly not fitting right on the screen. But the other contact list seems to work perfectly.

you want me in portrait mode correct?
Do you want me to test your problem with the manilla contacts screen? (like the one under the people tab)
or from the other contact screen (thats the soft-button on the home tab)?

thats what is confusing me, as there are 2 different contact managers

This is not a cab type thing, this is an entire rom. If you dont know how to extract the rom go download winrar and you will be all set

Your phone needs to be unlocked to flash this rom, I suggest you do some reading on how to flash before you jump right in. there are many threads with tutorials on how to unlock and flash

Im looking right now to see where the information might be located, but here is the link to the actual manilla the current rom is using, altho my eyes are starting to bleed from all the posts i have been scanning through lately

alright, managed to change the wallpaper on the home tab by shutting of touchflo and then turning it back on. but i wanna locate and replace the file that is used for the background in all tabs. anyone know where i can find that?
