Recent TP user (just got it in early june) and I love this rom, tried out others, but this is the one for me, my question is concerning that ghost icons and smeared icons that happens a few posts back. Does anyone else get it? Also, when doing a hard reset and trying that method to fix a few of the issues that some people have, would you guys suggest something like this:

Hard Reset
Reflash to Stock
Flash to EnergyRom

Your help would be greatly appreciated

I personally don't feel that flashing to stock would do anything to fix any problems. I know others have said it worked for them, but I just don't see anything that it could do that would make things work.

My recommendation is to make sure you have the newest 23001 build. Then:

Hard reset
Flash energyrom
Hard reset
Profit

Congratulations to NRGZ28 for this EXCELLENT ROM!!!

I'm still with early june's version. I'm waiting for a real updated ROM. I'm having a battery issue and that's why I have to set the backlight to automatic and turnoff the screen inmediatly on a call.

this rom can't display SMS right with non-english character since "20090613 Standard"

I am still stunned at how smooth the Start/Honeycomb is on EnergyROM 3.0 -- I wonder is that due entirely to the *very* efficient organization using subfolders or were additional tweaks made to make it so responsive? In fact it's so snappy, and so well organized, that I felt compelled for the first time to turn off the 'Programs' tab in TouchFLO and actually *use* the Start menu, which in turn made TouchFLO more responsive! Kudos!

Many thanks and hats off to NRGZ! I can't even imagine how much work must go into all these customizations...this isn't an ordinary ROM...I sure hope people appreciate that...


Oh just one more thing, how do I stop the keyboard from... J/K *grin*

I once again this morning had the phone lock up. (Black screen, nothing lights up, but it is still on as I can feel it vibrate when I hit the power key.)

A soft reset gets me going again but that obviously needs to be fixed.

I've added zero customizations from the current rom and I've had this on the last three roms all with various re-loads and hard resets between them all.

It doesn't work for me in creating a new note whilst in a phone call.

This is an old issue that no one has ever cared to address, basically tuff luck, if you want it get a different rom. It's obviously something that NRG has striped out of his rom and isn't going to be put back in IMO.
