Guys I have a question...Would it be possible to add day of the week to the screen, maybe on a top curtain or next to the date?

Yeah do not install this ROM it is for CDMA only. You can follow this link for the GSM version. The read me is in post # 4

I have just read some ridiculous posts. I have to add my 2 cents and say this ROM is near perfection. If you are incapable of figuring out the basic user-end of installing and setting up your own ROM.. you really shouldn't be flashing. This ROM is practically idiot proof. NRGZ use to make it so we had to install our own carrier cab, but fixed this to make the ROM even more user friendly. We are here to help, but any complaining just does not belong here. This ROM is AS-IS "Buyer Beware". If you choose to use it... accept the responsibility of knowing how to use it. If you are lost in the sauce and have no clue what you are doing, read, read some more. 99.9% of the answers are out there.

open the 590ad244_manila file in the \Windows with a text editor or total commander and edit the date to however you want it to show

d = numeric day of the month (example: 5)
dd = numeric day of the month, zero padded (example: 05)
ddd = day name, abbreviated (example: Sat)
dddd = day name (example: Saturday)

M = numeric month (example: 7)
MM = numeric month, zero padded (example: 07)
MMM = month name, abbreviated (example: Jul)
MMMM = month name (example: July)

yy = numeric year, 2 digits (example: 0
yyyy = numeric year, 4 digits (example: 200

Remember to apply your changes by saving the config file, disabling TouchFLO 3D in Start > Settings > Today > Items (press 'OK' to apply!) and re-enabling TouchFLO 3D again by ticking its checkbox again.

just throwing out a suggestion maybe for the world clock issue check out what juicy did and deck from sssrom bc their world clocks work fine ive ran both roms and had no problems with my world clock. just a thought just to see how they fixed it.
