After you flash to stock, do a hard reset.
Flash back to NRG and do another hard reset.
To get your data working you may have to update profile to get your Sprint data settings back.
It may take up to an hour in some cases to get data back up but it usually takes less time.
Don't panic if it doesn't work right away.
Be patient.

Ugh...I really need some help. I've searched the thread, read through ThreeFaces guide, but at this point am completely stuck. I am using the 8/11 afternoon build and up until 2 days ago everything was working great. All of a sudden the phone became very sluggish and I noticed that the top right icon had disappeared. I don't know the name of the icon, but you would see it while in touchflo...it is the drop down menu where you can select open programs or click the "x" to close those programs. Today I hard reset, flashed to stock (for some reason touchflo was not loading properly when I did this, but I moved on), hard reset, flashed back to 8/11 energy, hard reset, and the problem is still here. In addition, I can connect the phone to my computer through usb and it is recognized in sync center, but it will no longer sync contacts, calendar, etc. The computer will attempt to sync, but it appears that the phone is not trying and eventually the PC will state "sync failed". I noticed this before I went through the re-flash process and unfortunately this is still the case even after the work I have put in this morning. Also, battery is draining incredibly fast since this started. The phone will drop from 100% to 20% within 4-5 hours without being used at all.

I am assuming there is one issue causing the various problems. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help!

I noticed it said WorldCard mobile was removed from the latest rom. Does anybody have the CAB? I use this program almost everyday and it's horrible not having it!\

i posted this about a week ago in this thread. if you goto the main page of the tp upgrade section, find this thread and look to the right you will see a paper clip. click on that and it will bring up any file someone has posted in this thread. its in there.

Hi I've tried almost every rom on ppcgeeks lol! I am Loving the EnergyRom the most... but one thing i noticed was that the battery life is really bad compared to others is their a way to fix this thanx... and amaaaaazzzzzzzziiiiiiiiiiinnnnnnnnnggggggggggg rom =)

Welcome to the greatest ROM
Battery life has been discussed to death in 8900+ posts.
Threefaces has great start up guide to get you underway.
Some basic info-try different radios to see which one gives the best reception which will help your battery. Control you backlight! The Chef has it set to 'full blast'. I've used Lumos but the Chef suggests the Auto dim feature already on the phone. For me Auto dim works just fine.
There are a few reg mod that'll help as well but I think Threefaces covers them.

I experienced this exact issue. The HTC Taskmanager icon disappeared. The fix for me was to flash to stock, hard reset, Flash to NRG, hard reset then customize and everything was fine. It was a very weird problem and I think it was caused by flashing back to NRG from another ROM before going back to stock.

Yeah, it is always a good idea to revert back to the stock rom... before flashing a customized rom... just for further references...
