I thought if you select the 'HTC Black' theme in settings\today\appearance that you can have the plain black wallpaper on the today screen. Can anyone please help me on how to get the plain black wallpaper as a background? I searched for black vga wallpapers with no luck. thanks

Woo-Hoo! First Sashimi flash done, what a difference!!!! I'm up only minutes but I can say that I'm Pimped without apparent issue. Also TF3D 2.1 has been successfully modded with:
SnorbrdinRTiste Tray Icons v2.01
Rotastrain panosidetoside 3.0 (this makes a sweet SINGLE image across all tabs!)
The only "issue" is that my TF3D home screen is blank except for the clock (I dont really mind, I like a 'clean' homescreen)
More info to come as I play.

Askwhy, thanks again for your response. I did what you said below, but it did not ask me to overwrite anything. I tried it with Total Commander and Rescoe Explorer.

No need to disable anything -- you can change styles while it's running. Depending on how you want to do it, here are the long version instructions...

Install via Activesync: First make sure you have unzipped a file called 27c65cbd_manila from one of the zip files (many versions to choose from) to somewhere handy, like your desktop. From Activesync, click 'Explore' then open 'Mobile Device' and then you should see some folders including 'Windows' -- drag the manila file you extracted from your desktop (or wherever you put it) onto the 'Windows' folder on your device. It should ask you if you want to overwrite the existing file, say yes. Now just navigate away from the internet tab, and back to the internet tab, and you will see it updated.

Install from SD card: If you have the zip stored on your SD card, just browse it with Total Commander, pick the 27c65cbd_manila version you want and unzip it to \WINDOWS\ which should also ask you if you want to overwrite the existing file, say yes. Now navigate away from the internet tab, and then back to it to see the changes.

Let me know if that doesn't help.
