You shouldn't be loaded into bootloader mode yet, it will automatically reboot the phone when you click flash.

I cant send SMS because my contacts are showing their email address instead of their cell numbers when adding to the "To:" field. Is there a solution to this?

Great, that worked, Im looking at my phone now in bootmode with usb showing in the white tile, I opened the hermann custom ruu, on the second page, under current information about your phone-image version, reads blank/nothing there. The standard sprint rom is currently loaded. Please let me know if this is typical or does this indicate a sync problem. I dont want to brick this phone, so I am hesitant about this detail. Also, on the next screen "verify you want to update the rom version", Energyromvga appears under image version, but I did not select the location where the .nhb is located (its currently located in the same folder as the exe/installer), please let me know if the program automatically looks in the same folder and if this is correct so far.

yepper, so far so good mate. if youre flashing from bootloader (which i personally ALWAYS do) itll show a blank, but just go ahead with the rom update and youll be peachy. youll love this rom mate.

great, thanks, Im excited to dump the sprint rom. Regarding the new rom being installed, is it typical for the exe/installer to look for the new rom in the same folder, I did not have to browse to find the new.nhb, please let me know if this is correct.

Just wondering... I checked out another ROM, build 28005 running sense 2.5, and it comes with a new format of the on-screen keyboard. It is much more finger friendly. Any chance of it being cooked into this ROM or does anyone know how, or if, it can be extracted from this other ROM and installed into this one?
