You need more than just "arcsoft". There are two cabs to enable picture mail. You need to install the removal cab first, then soft reset, then install arcsoft, then soft reset again...that should get it rocking.

If you did that, you might try it again, just in case you missed one of those soft resets...it makes all the difference.

Ok So apparently I suck at life, but I did that and nothing has changed. I also went to Tried it again and tried to install that Removal cab again but it said it could remove the existing one. so I went to remove programs and deleted the arcsoft and tried to install it but still said that it couldn't remove the existing file. so do I need to do a hard reset and try again? Unsure as to where to go. Sorry for being such a noob!

I had the same problem at one time. I believe it happens if you try to install it and either have already restored your text messages backup or already have text messages in there. If you do the remove picturemail cab after a fresh reset, then it should work. After that, you can install arcsoft. Honestly, I don't even soft reset in between installing these two. I hope this helps.

What do you mean restored my text messages backup? I just deleted all my messages, gonna give it another shot right now. Cant do both seeing as I'm using my phone for the internet on my computer currently. (Best function ever! and amazed at the speed!)

Ok Got it!!! It was one of two things. The Messages I had existing in my text messages! Or the more likely one. I looked at ThreeFaces sig and noticed I previously downloaded Acrosoft 5.0.69.44 and he had uploaded 5.2.1.22 version. So mine was a older one! Thanks for your help Blockhead and ThreeFaces, I strive to be as good as you one day!

I thought I would post this here. I am using one of the "Action" screens in the thread. They are rather nice. There is also information on how to change the mapping to whatever program you are using. i.e. Navigation...

Is anyone having the issue where the 'Touch Input" is only showing numbers? I can't get the letters back. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
