That's pretty much the way to do it, try them all first and see which one works best for you. Personally, I've found all of them to be fairly decent and some of the things I don't like in some ROMs others might like.

exactly what I think to. i try every single rom thats released. each has their pluses and minuses. even though at the moment, i do not use mightys rom, i still lurk his thread and hes answered a few questions ive had about fixing certain issues in general as they seem to float around a lot of the custom roms in general

Re: Dr. Squishy's ROM Review Thread

I found mighty's to be nice and fairly stable, however I personally felt the 20764 base rom he used caused it to be slightly less responsive than the 21014 base that I've been using to build my own roms.

Honestly, 21014 is FAST, and pretty stable. I'm surprised the public chefs aren't using it more. The only reason I started shopping around is because I had some issues with the display drivers I picked, and wanted to see how others fared.

Re: Dr. Squishy's ROM Review Thread

Very nice read!!! This should help out some of the newer people skimming through trying to pick the perfect rom.

Maybe if you don't decide to switch roms as frequent to test, some other users can PM you their reviews and you can update your first post!!!!

Good job

Re: Dr. Squishy's ROM Review Thread

Nice man. I was looking for someone to compare Juicy's to Mighty's and NO ONE came forth. Thanks.

Expect Juicy to send a buncha mean lookin dudes to rough you up though. Thats jus how this business works

And I like light ROMs since I don't really use too many different apps anyway other than Google Maps, Sprint TV, Coreplayer, Total Commander, PHM REgedit and some games...

Re: Dr. Squishy's ROM Review Thread (Updated 2/4/09)

One of the better reviews I've read. Try Merdin's rom. I'm running that on my TP w/ the 1.11 radio and I'm very pleased with it overall. I have not flashed v3.4 yet as I've been swamped w/ work but plan on doing that this wknd unless he comes out w/ another update.

Re: Dr. Squishy's ROM Review Thread (Updated 2/4/09)

Yea "Dr. Squishy", you gotta try Merdin's rom as well.
It has a sweeeet landscape view.
I keep bouncing back to Merdin as my "customized" standard, while KK's is my "Latest tech" standard, and Mighty is like juggalo my "workhorse" standard, and Juicy is my "special" standard.
