Ok.

I've used a converter program called Eusing free converter. I converted every .wma file in the Windows/Rings folder to .wav

I deleted all .wma files in the rings folder, replace them with the .wma files and went into Notifications/settings and reselected every sound and notifications with the new .wav sounds and soft rebooted. Lets see how it goes.

Download the Radio of your choice. I suggest Telus or the Sprint V1.11. Open folder, run RomUpdateUtility.exe(RUU.exe) and let it do its magic.

Thanks. Just to be 100% sure, do I run the RomUpdateUtility from the TELUS FOLDER, or do just I copy the TELUS RUU_Signed.nbh and run it in the other RUU folder?

Just run it right from the telus folder. When you do it it will look EXACTLY like your doing a ROM flash but don't worry it won't hard reset your device.

Be advised though I did a Radio upgrade and found my GPS was relocked. You may end up having to do a hard reset anyways. Just FYI

Thanks for the quick response. I don't have a data plan, and thus no GPS, so that won't be a problem. Plus, I'm flashing from 4.16 to MR5, so hard reset will be necessary anyways!

Holding down SEND key gives an error message. Cannot use it to do voice commands.

This Rom does not have voice command installed. Search, and you can find it to install it yourself.

Discussed a million times. You need to install voice command. It doesn't come with the rom.
