The only time I experienced this was back on my Titan when I was using it without a data plan. I'd upgraded to my TP and hoped to use my Titan as a wifi-only device...but had the same issue you are reporting and could never turn wifi on.

Not sure with a TP how, or if, wifi relates to the data. Are your voice and data components working okay? Soft reset? Worst case hard reset Not to state the obvious, but wait for someone else to chime in before you go down that road.

don't delete it. it works. i once figured out that there is an invisible keyboard covering the options. if you use enter on the dpad when sprint tv is selected it opens it and all works fine from there - no more need for enter key except on start-up. (once when trying to open it the auto-complete came up)

Thanks! I have to "Show All Files" to see it in the Windows folder. I wish it would include the purty icon, but at least I have Search now. Was it not included in Programs, or did I perhaps do something stupid which removed it?

Yet another example of a missed release date by yet another carrier! There was wide-spread talk of it being release today by Telus, but from what I can see it hasn't happened! Not sure if that release date was from Telus though, or the media / rumour mill.

Personally I don't use it, but it was not in the Programs folder...so it's nothing you've done On a similar note, I've been using Juicy ROMs for a while and was surprised not to see CommManager in the Programs folder when I first tried this ROM. Not a biggie...copy/paste from the Windows folder fixed that one too

You may get Lucky and Magically the Icon will appear some days later... I have programs do that sometimes, I usually just wait.... Since the search icon is a magnifying glass (its supposed to be, well mine is)maybe itll find it.lol only hope,

I had the same problem and now its working fine... the fix is.... flash to stock rom> redownload mr6> flash mr6> then clear storage or hard reset. that fixed mine up.

I love this rom, I have tried many and always come back to this one.
But there is one thing stopping it from being perfect.
When I I pop out my keyboard and start typing a name of a contact I want to search. When I start clicking through the names its starts to scroll through them uncontrollably or when I go through multiple numbers in a contact.

I am having a problem with the 7-18 release. for my text messages I sometimes get a ringer and sometimes I don't. After I flashed the rom I did a Hard Reset and now it randomly decides to ring or not. I am using a Sprint TP.
