Personally I don't use it, but it was not in the Programs folder...so it's nothing you've done
On a similar note, I've been using Juicy ROMs for a while and was surprised not to see CommManager in the Programs folder when I first tried this ROM. Not a biggie...copy/paste from the Windows folder fixed that one too
