just updated and i am not sure if evdo is working, the icon stays at 1x, also if i do a active sync with my google account it warns me that i am on roaming and extra charges may incur. i know i am definitely in a place with full service as well as full evdo place. i think its just a icon problem, but i am not sure why active sync would warn me

EDIT: i am on sprint btw and i also did a clear storage hard reset, still the same

Do yourself a big favor and get Sprite Backup. You can install a new ROM and then just rstore from your last backup. It is good across ROM builds. All your programs and settings and password and accounts saved. ZThe only thing you have to do after a restore is reset your activesync/WMDC setup. When I do this, I have found the best thing to do is delete all contacts from pc and then setup the sync. Otherwise, it causes duplicates to arise. Other than that, it works flawlessly. I just updated to latest MR6 and did the restore and all is working beautifully. It takes a matter of minutes to restore. I have over 6,000 contacts and that is what takes the most time for me.

So, I just flashed the update via sd card (first time on card it was fun), ill start by saying the first release was not my style so I flashed back to MR5...

Now, the Updated version is rocking and rolling and everything is set up and running strong with 60 + cabs installed... Im at work so ill be running this all night, Ill let ya know if anything goes wacky (so far im gonna say i will have 0 problems)..

i personally like how it stops at each page instead of one move all the way down, I dont know how many times ive scrolled past the app i want due to scrolling to fast/far.... Now it stops at each page so I dont scroll past it consistantly.. :u still running way strong...2 hours after everythings installed.....

Any way to get the roaming icon (the white triangle on top) back? I roam a lot and it's handy to know when I'm roaming for data use, etc.

holy crap man. keep me posted i just flashed back to silence/mighty rom cuz i was having horrible problems with my phone. ill proly want to try this again.

well, im about 5 hours in on this ROM/Update, and still smooth as can be... Every problem i read about or experienced myself are no longer here......... Freaking sweeeet rom dude... 4 hours on my shift to go... Ill post again then..

oh yea dude, Id definantly give this rom a try now.... sweeeeet...
