Re: [March 25th, 2009] "One Rom To Rule Them All..." MIGHTYROM 4.16 [20771] [UC] [24M
Help...
I searched and found a series of posts regarding receiving " Could not find remote server". It seems no matter what combination I have it on in the settings, I can't get anything data related " Opera, Youtube, Weather, etc. I saw where it was advised to download BASMSL and I did but when I tried to get my MSL it was unable to do so. I love the MightyRom but I gotta be able to access this. This has been an issue with the other two roms I have flashed in the past couple of days. Any advice? I'm talking about using the "%" button. Every calculator I have that has a "%" button automatically does the multiplication and gives me the original number + whatever percentage I added to it like 100 + 10% = 110. The calculator on my original Touch (Vogue), on my Treo Pro., the calculator in Vista, my cheapo calculator from Office Depot all do it the way I've described. Pressing these keys: 100 + 10 % = and the answer they give me is 110. Last edited by IsLNdbOi; 03-28-2009 at 02:09 AM. |

Heh, I hope not! It worked perfectly before 4.12. I'll keep flashing and continuing some random hard resets after each flash - maybe the problem will go away. If not, I'll revert back to stock rom and go back and have the battery or the phone changed. [this is in regards to the phone hard resetting instead of soft resetting]

10% of 100 is 10. So pressing: 100 + 10 % = is supposed to give me 110. As I mentioned above, the Windows calculator, my Treo's calculator and other calculators I have all give me the same answer when I do the calculations on post #5767 above / the way I've described above. I race a lot of 600s, we have a ton of them here, but they just don't have the top end, so I haven't lost to one yet. Sure in the lower gears from about 20-70 you'll be able to move up very slight, if any at all, but after that, it's all over! My 4th gear I'm at 120 at 10,500 RPM's, in 5th I'm going all the way to 190+. The fastest I've gone, by my GPS was 197.66 and that was at 8,000 RPM's, so the car still had more flight left. That was against a GSX750 with a power commander, headers, and all sorts of ****. He lost by 2 1/2 cars.... It's all about the turbo selection when it comes to EVO's, heck I can go back to a Garret GT4204R and make 950AWHP but I lag wayyyyy to much and by then the bike is out, with my new set-up which is like a GT35R, My TQ and HP are very equal, and the power curve under the HP is what makes or breaks the EVO... 600+ ft-lbs of torque at 8,000 RPM's and 600+ AWHP is a definite win Sorry, but I go for me LOL I'm using the Telus radio in Orlando, Florida, you wont have any issues...
