I'm really thinking hard about this and will make the bottom of post #4 a FAQ and general .cabs section because I'm getting tired of seeing 20 pages of repetitive request. There's nothing wrong in asking, but sometimes people find it easier to ask then to search.

has anyone else noticed the sliding of TF3D to be a lot more laggy then previous versions?

I'm new to this, but have tried to follow all the instructions, and backed up everything before trying anything.

However, I can't get past 0%. It freezes, and I have to remove the battery/try to start over.

How can I get past this?

I've had this happen before and I just started over and after the third time it worked. I chalk it up to quirky activesync in windows.

I assume you have your TP unlocked correct? If so try going back to stock ROM or use another ROM before coming to MM. Make sure you have an active sync connection. Also download a clean RUU folder and from MM folder just copy the "".nbh file and paste it on the RUU folder. Run it and let me know what happens.

I tried just doing it a couple more times like oldpueblo suggested, and that worked. Thank you for your suggestion, though.

When installing they both ask if I want to install in the default location, I choose yes. Then the install screen tells me installation was unsuccessful.

This happens with Kinoma.CAB and WMWifRouter.exe have had no problems with either of these on past Mighty releases.

I had that problem with sktools also weird!
