Re: [ ROM ] [ CDMA ] [ HERMAN ] [ 06.09.09 ] [ Windows® Build 21731 ] MightyROM5

quick question to Mike or anyone who's aware of it. I've been absent for a few =X needed vacation lol. anyway, I realized that this is the Lite version being updated. its pretty much gutted out. I have all my cabs but not the ones like htc album and all that good stuff. however, is this lite version the only one being updated from now on or is there going to be separate downloads (ie. MR5 lite-DL....MR5.x- DL) ?

Thanks in advance.

The only reason I was unable to stick with MR5 was the text lag. Though it is somewhat still there I have found myself to stick with MR5 with the latest version. The lag its there but very insignificant. I'll give it a go if I was you

Well that was a fast turn around now wasn't it?
Just bumping it up everyone show how grateful you are to Mike. He is one of the reasons why I love my TP I think a new poll for themes should be made and Rico be nominated

the actual physical keyboard vibrates every time i hit a button to text. so i get a vibration for every letter and i cant figure out how to turn it off. plus sometimes the whole phone freezes up or the phyisical keyboard will stop working/responding when i am trying to type and i have to do a soft reset to get it back again.

Mighty Rom does not do this by default, so either you installed something that changed it or you just need to do a Clear Storage (hard reset). Did you do a hard reset after flashing? It's important to do that. Anyways... to turn off that vibrate feature, click Start-Settings-Personal-Buttons, then scroll to the right on the bottom and you will see the vibrate settings

Thumbs up Medium version of MightyROM5 6/9/2009 for TP?

I want to thank Mike for (presumably) addressing the CRC errors in the RUU file in the new Mighty ROM 5 6/09/2009 download. Got it up and running, after a hard reset.

I do have a request though. Is it possible to compile a "Medium" version without TF3D as the Lite does not have MSVC which I need? TF3D is just too much frosting on the cake and the phone flies with the 6.5 interface alone.

Maybe it's time to learn how to cook?

Thanks again, and I donated.
