I cannot get Quick GPS to work. Anyone else having this problem? Also still getting the black camera screen with rom 5/8/09. Will wait for the hot fix unless i missed it in a previous post. Hard to keep up with them. Finally... Is it necessary to do the PRL and Profile updates on the Sprint CDMA Touch Pro's anymore? If so, are there aps that function for this rom to update the PRL/profile? Either way, if anyone has any info on this, please let me know. I don't see the updaters in this rom. Thanks all!! Keep up the great work! Glad someone is improving and supporting this equiptment when the manufacturers and service providers won't!!

First make sure you have Location set to on in Phone/services and also Quick GPS runs automatically in the background. If it didn't connect it would give you a warning on the screen.

If you can't open Quick GPS, just soft reset the phone and open it once the phone re-boots. It works fine. As said earlier, the app runs in the background..

I love the lock screen is there a cab out there that will lock it when i press the top button?? instead of pressing windows then lock i guess i'm just lazy lol

Install the attached cab, go to settings/devicelock and check the box that says "lock on wake".

that program has never worked for me. just set it to engage after 0 minutes and it will lock whenever you push the power button

Going back to the camera issue.... Before the 05.08.09 update, I saw a post where they soft resetted their phone while having the camera open.

I didn't try it, but I did re-flash the update and hard resetted the phone. And of course the camera bug was still there.

So I finally I soft rest my TP while having the camera open and it has fixed the issue.

A good and quick solution while Mike gets time to finish a Hotfix for it.......
