Yeah I just realized I didn't compress it. I've been trying to work with it and get it to install. On my device I just replace the original dialer's dll with my modified one. So I setup the cab to replace the original with mine but its not taking from the cab file.

I'm using WinCE 2.1 to cab it up. Granted that is a little out dated. Anyone suggest any other?
