PS: We are up to page 229 in posts.. WOW... that is a lot of chatter... I'm reading the forum like 3 or 4 times a day. At 6am on the train, at 12noon lunch break, then at 6pm or so and now... And I'm finding avg 2 pages of posts per checkin..

LOL... 5 hour energy drink here. Glad I didn't take one since it sounds like its going to be in the AM. Works going to suck tomorrow morning if OMJ comes out with after I start. It'll be like working on Christmas with your presents being opened by your brother or sister.

1) redownload

2)try another SD card, format fat32 and load the rom zipped on it

3) wipe data and cache

4) flash

5) hope it works

Can someone help me out. I'm currently using the 1.9 and I tried flashing the 2.2 but I keep getting a message that says update aborted or flash aborted. How do I get the flash to work ive tried Rom manager and recovery mode

did you full wipe, if not just do that then flash it from recovery

From recovery-are you factory resetting and wiping dalvik?
What size is your ROM download? Should be @ 172MB

Ok, so my buddy has a non rooted EVO 4G, and just got the 2.2 update. Here is the build's vs this Rom.



VS Stock 2.2 (via my camera)



To me the code looks like it is the same version, making this a official rom? Thoughts?
