I am able to send and receive texts, I have the same problem, with lite version that PMD made..

That is weird, it wasn't working for me. Maybe I didn't have a good flash, I will try again right now.

Edit: Nop, not working for me at all. Doesn't even change to 1x when I click send.

double crap... was about to flash to test. will try it out later on. anyone else notice this or try the disable htc sms cab to get a workaround?

I'm going to try the method I used last time, the one that involves installing like 4 different cabs including contact picker, shared resource, etc. Will post back with my results.

Ok sending and receiving texts WAS working fine....now apparently my sent text messages aren't getting received by others. Not sure if its a setting I changed that caused it to break sending...

Going to have to revert to an older release because I need my texting

unfortunate because I really like the new look

I tried sending a text to someone and one to myself, neither worked. I went to the WM Messaging and it was not it the sent items. It is in the Conversations folder but the envelope icon is closed.

I flashed her up to. texting is not working. it never switches over to 1x as Mystery confirmed.

I tried the method that I used last time to get it working but it did not worked. I had to installed contact picker, shared resource and when I tried installing to install the htc messaging client I got an error during installation. Something about not having sufficient system rights...

Hopefully nrgz28 gets this fixed, since I can't use a ROM without texting working.

I think diamond support gonna cease anytime soon. Perhaps I should upgrade my phone to something else.
