I am curious too. The 'Calendar' icon is on the home screen under the clock but the 'Call History' is missing?

If you miss a call or have a voicemail it seems to pop up but as soon as you click it, it goes away. I got used to using that as a means of quickly calling someone back or launching the phone.

Is there a way to have that 'Call History' come back? Is there a different shortcut I don't know about?

Need some help with Moving the "Start Menu" icons....... in earlier versions when you press and hold the icon it gave you the option to "move to top" and you could move the items that are in Start\Settings to the top

Like "Phone Settings" "Sounds and Notifications" "Today Settings" but now you move the start icons by pressing and dragging, obviously you can't drag these to the top of a previous page.

I tried Re\start and it does list the "Settings" folder but won't let you select it to edit. I know the shortcuts reside in the device\windows\start menu\programs but I don't know the .EXE files that relate to the settings above, so if anyone knows please enlighten me.

I've flashed the 9-6 ROM and every time I press the Home hard key, it opens a screen of symbols like the symbols you can insert into a Word document (foreign currency symbols, greek letters, accented vowels, etc). It says Symbols 1/4 on the title bar and there is a More softkey to page through the 4 pages (1/4 being page 1 of 4). It successfully does take me home, but it also opens this little symbol application. Anyone else having this problem?

Well i've not seen this after extensive use, nor have i heard about it before. Maybe a weird flash related glitch.

yes, I did have this happen once after flashing this rom. but it didnt happen again. strange. Only things I would check is Start>Settings>Personal>buttons and Start>Settings>System>long press end key. look in those two fields to see if there is an option to change the home key assignment back to home. or see comments below

Thanks the 9/6 rom works well

I came across two issues while in Touchflo environment.

1) the HTC home page music tab errors to audio engine .exe issue
2) the left softkey to HTC action screen shortcut flakes out when switching from today screen to toouchflo

Look at post #3. I think this is what you are asking about. There is a section that has a cab for the original screen with call history/calendar. Let me know if this works and I will also try.

This happened to me after installing the Compact Qwerty cab located on the first page of this thread. Let me know if any of Riley's fixes work.

I think that is just for the Original white clock.......not for the Calendar/ Call History part underneath.

Can anyone confirm? Any ideas of how to get that Call History back?

I'm using a different rom at the moment, but remember having the same thoughts. I used Total Commander ... went into windows and moved the .lnk's around.
