If anyone has MMS working with Alltel, I'd love to hear what you did. BTW I'm using the 8/11 standard build of this rom. |

Has anyone found any way to make PICTURE MAIL work??? When i try to install the pic mail cab i get an error message that reads... "Installation was unsuccessful. The program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions." What is that all about?

Ok, I finally got it working with Alltel, thanks to rogerp from over at the NRG TP ROM thread.
First you have to install the cab from this post--> http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...postcount=8671 Then install the attached DCD carrier cab Then install the version of Arcsoft attached to this post. Then open your messages and click munu then click pics/video options Then go into the server tabs and make sure its set to connect via Alltel wireless. DONE! |

So, I asked this previously but the solution offered didn't help.
My screen will turn off while I'm in a call. That's fine, however, it causes my phone to lock up enough times to be very annoying when it doesn't come back on after a call. I was told to disable Light Sensor in Advanced Config but that hasn't worked. In fact, the way the screen turns on and off has nothing to do with the amount of light it's getting but is based on position only. If I hold the phone vertically, screen is off. If I lay it horizontally or really any other position, it comes back on. This happens even if it's away from my face so it has nothing to do with light coming in as far as I can tell. Does anyone have any idea how to turn this off? |

Ok. In the start menu, go to utilities. In utilities, tap on tweaks. In tweaks, tap on InCall Power Manager. Adjust your settings there. It is a completely different animals than just some reg keys. it is an actual program in the phone. This should solve the problem. Hit thanks if i helped.
