Please note that FDC TaskManager is currently having issues. I am looking into it, but it may have a problem with ChangeScreen. This is a known issue.

I think Change Screen is great and I have wondered why no chefs were using it. My only gripe has been the FDC TaskManager issue, which has been an ongoing problem (as you mentioned) that 600GOL has been trying to fix. The work around is to just disable ChangeScreen temporarily when you want to use the FDC.

Would you consider adding a registry editor, like PHM? I tried to add it as a cab but the one I found doesn't seem to work. I tried Resco but it won't let me export.

I attached the cab of PHM regedit that works on the diamond.

Yes... certainly. FDC has a bunch of nice things that it does, but the thing that made it really important to me was that it could export single keys. Resco can export, but only whole folders, not the single keys. Anyway, ChangeScreen is working beautifully, so I am going to work on replacing FDC. If anyone can recommend a reg utility that will export single keys (not sure if PHM can), I will make the switch.

OK... great... thanks for the report. So, what you will see in the next build is FDC will be dropped and we will pick up PHM.

Also, I am testing some other new things as we speak. What could be in the pipeline? Only time will tell.

I'm playing with a possible candidate for 1.6 already for anyone who wants to hold off. It would be based on the WIP in the first post.

Oops! MY bad! I could have sworn I had done it before but I just tried and could only get folders.

Heres some more choices but not all are free.

I've had a few issues with the desktop version of ceregeditor. Does it even have a PPC version?
