check out everythingdiamond website. they've got all the leo packages over there in the chefs section but not ported to vga... which means changing some xml files and resizing images... if anyone is interested... 2.5 can be completed.

I got it to work already, thanks anyways.

Also this manila 2.5 has no landscape support at all.

Mystery or anyone,

Does the contacts work properly for you? I restore my contacts via Microsofts MyPhone, and when I go to any of the contacts using HTC's side, it doesn't work. There are problems with the #'s and everything. But if I use the built in contact thing, all the contacts are there with the proper number etc.

Also the Audio tab still isn't working. I think I fogot to include AudioManager but not 100% sure...Anyways the error is:
"The file "AudioManager_eng" cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. If the problem persists, try reinstalling or restoring this file."

My contacts were restore properly using Microsoft MyPhone but there is a problem when trying to edit them. As for the Audio Manager, you need to add the exe to the Oem because it is not included.

Yeah My contacts are way more messed up than that. All the info in them is garbage. But if I get a text from someone it does recognize the #. I cannot add anyone to the contacts tab though. Any thoughts? I am using all of his packages. I compared it to calk's as much as I could and removed whichever one had the older item.

What about your footprints?
My footprints can scroll through the previous ones and see their info, but when I go to make a new one it says it can't initialize the camera. The camera works in all the other programs and what not though...

Heh, I assure you, porting manila 2.5 to VGA is a hell of a lot more than resizing images and changing some xml files. Most of the pages are not even xml based..

Does anyone know what controls the image display on the first boot, the one that says, "Calkulin's Kitchen" in red letters. I remember it was mention before but can't recalled where was that at. Thanks!

I am new here, but realize what you do is a lot of work and complicted too. I downloaded Calkulin's Diamond 23071 ROM(v4.1) and really like it. However, I like SlingPlayer Mobile and purchased it, but the controlls wont work with this ROM as far as I can tell. I noticed on here another person was having the same troulble, but the solution offered by someone was vauge to me. I sure would appriciate some guiedance and I will donate to you if you can tell how to get this to work. I like the work, but will have to not use it if I cannot get SlingPlayer to work.

I meant OEM as in the program's cab converter to a package which is the OEM.

Ok and I just put the initflashfiles.dat into the OEM or do I need to copy the text and paste it into the aap.dat file itself?

in other words should my OEM have an App.dat file and the init file or should the app.dat file just inclide the infor from the init file?
