I don't add much to my ROMS, same stuff I've added for months now. However, with Calkulin's 6.1 ROM, I've had the phone lock up (unable to wake from sleep, no calls or emails come in) only resolution is reset or pull battery. Then works fine, other than that it has been working perfectly. Anyone else have that problem? I've flashed stock and hard reset after.

It works fine for me as long as I don't have my phone charging. It also seems to have to be asleep for a couple seconds before it works (ie press the power button to put to sleep and immediately pressing it again to wake up does not lock).

Thanks for the link. That program seems to work a lot better than device lock for me. It locks immediately after pressing the power button with WM6.5 new lock and Suspend Lock checked (after a soft reset of course ).

You may be doing it and just wording it wrong in your post but it is recommended to flash SHIPPED rom not STOCK. please don't take my response for being curt but I just want to clarify you are flashing the right thing.

The only problems I have had with Calc's 21043 and 21501 kitchens have been playing mp3's. Playing mp3's with either WMP and CorePlayer causes the phone to reset almost every time. Has anyone found any solutions to this? I've tried cooking with/without HTC audio manager and booster.
