ITS NOT "obvious," IF you actually tried it (unchecking touch 2 comm manager, skins), htc comm manager still shows up, and it appears very distorted.

My main problem is I don't suffer from that issue not matter what I do to try to replicate it, so I can't narrow it down like I can the rest of the bugs
Just my 2 cents, but the only time I get the ringtone bug is when I enable G sensor in Flip It. If I don't use Flip It, I never get the no ring issue.

I only get the ring issue if I try and change the ringtone.. (or preview it in settings)

Otherwise if I just leave it alone, I never get this issue.

I'm using Calkulin's WM6.5 ROM (v4.6.4a) and while it's an outstanding ROM when i play mp3's using Windows Media Player the phone will shut off randomly (requiring a soft reset) or restart on its own. Nothing seems to be triggering it. Any ideas?

you could always try tcpmp instead, it has more codecs built in and available for download

Re: [ Apr 24 \ 21043(6.1) & 21501(6.5) v4.6.4 ] Calkulin's Kitchen v1.6 & ROMs

could anyone familiar with the htc kitchen explain to me why when i drop in my own custom OEM folder and add in calc's sys and rom folder that i want, i can never make a rom that will boot? ive been trying since kitchen v1.4 was out, and with 1.5 and 1.6 im still having the same result...

my oem folder works in other kitchens, and ive tried a couple different sys/rom's.

ive literally been stuck for months trying to figure it out! id like to use calc's kitchen as its so much easier to change between builds, but i keep having this one problem

You don't need any of those.
