I had this same problem before with other kitchens and eventually figured out it was something so simple, drove me nuts. lol.
Well, I rebuilt the ROM again (6.5.1/23412/23412). It went thru the app customization on bootup. It came up OK. I setup my active sync, had phone call for 45 minutes. I hung up the call, then the phone froze. I did a soft reset, but it hung on bootup at the "HTC" screen. I pulled the battery, reboot, and now, which I have seen many times, it goes thru the APPs customization process again. - wierd. Once the desktop came up, screen would not respond to taps. I can still use activesync explorer, see clock move, but screen does not accept taps. - yikes, may need to go back to original 23053.

Attached is zip file.

I went through you log and it looks good as does the picture. One thing I wanted to mention is you should flash the shipped rom of your carrier(sorry if you already know this) first before flashing the cooked rom. wasnt sure if you were just flashing from custom to custom. if so, this may explain why your getting the random hard reset behavior.

Because the screen keeps coming up without responding to taps, had to do emergency re-flash from internal storage (has the original 23053 from web site). Back up and running fine now.

Yes, previously, I would go back to stock Sprint before going to 6.5.1/23412. For some odd reason, the ROMs I am building from VK cause problems for me. (stock and original 23053 always OK). Anyhow, I will stay at 23053 and upgrade to a newer when posted to web. I hope the FM Radio is included in the next build.

From what I've read, one of the advantages of the VK is that it requires fewer flashes to stock. I've had the opposite experience with this kitchen - I've had to flash to stock a lot more than I did with Calk's old kitchen.

I haven't used the blue highlights in ages but from what I remember, some of the highlights had white bars on the top & bottom cause that's how it's suppose to be, take a screenshot tho and I'll see

Could someone explain to me what the differences are between the four ROMs? I'm not sure which one to download. Thanks in advance.

I've been using the blue highlights from this thread. They contain more things 'blue' than the original ones in this kitchen and I haven't had any problems with them.
