Calcu, just wanted to say how great this kitchen is! Have tried cooking up a couple roms with the lastest 9-11 kitchen and it's working really well. I especially like the 23017 sys version. Still trying to get used to the newer ones but always seem to go back to 23016 or 23017 kitchens. I made a couple mistakes along the way but figured out things. one thing I noticed is if you select file explorer extension in the kitchen, the file explorer will not open post flash or at least it didn't for me. Not a huge deal but wanted to see if anyone else noticed this. the only other thing I figured out is you need to select themes in the kitchen to get 6.5 menus as most of the built in themes seem to be using the older menu format. The new panoramic tree theme is the best I've seen. can view on tf tabs with ease. will keep testing her out but so far so good. Thanks again.

I'm looking forward to trying Calk's new kitchen but I am a total noob when it comes to using this visual kitchen.

It there a guide to using it? Can anyone give some tips?

If you guys are having problems with things missing from the settings sub menus, try this fix I found:

Remove the "Redirect" value from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Control Panel\Owner to get owner info back

Remove the "Redirect" value from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Control Panel\Backlight to get backlight settings back

Remove the "Redirect" value from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Control Panel\Power to get power settings back.

I did this and now have those settings back. Only thing I can't figure out how to get back is clear storage, but you can just use the hardware buttons to preform a hard reset.

Thanks for the updated kitchen Calk. Downloading now and can't wait to test the new version of Manila 2.1. Btw I'm assuming that you updated the OEM's for background4all to the working ones even though it wasn't listed in the changelog. Also out of curiousity, what did you do to fix the CDMA SMS issue for this manila seeing as though yoztag hasn't released an official fix for it.
