Re: [ 9-28 ][ v3 ][ 6.5.1 / 6.5 / 6.1 ] Calkulin's Visual HTC Kitchen & ROMs

what the heck is windows mobile 6.5.1? i thought it was only 6.5? I heard of another version before mobile 7 but that may not be a dot release but perhaps a service pack or aku like in windows mobile 5.0 series.

For what it's worth, one of the chefs I shared with me that the 23017 sys was close to what the 6.5 market release would be and that the 6.5.1 sys builds would include different UI features, tweaks and such that were being tested post 6.5 and could possibly make their way into 7 (like the title bar buttons being moved to the bottom and such).

23060 has the menu eye candy but not the new contacts; there are colored icons in the Poutlook email folder.

23060 is definitely more responsive then 23414/420

Hey guys,

how do I remove the soft send/disconnect buttons? I dont see the need for them when I have the hard buttons that do the same job on the phone already

Are links in Outlook disabled in this though? I tried clicking a link and the browser wouldn't open. I checked the security setting and it looks like it should work, but no dice. Is there another setting I need to check?

EDIT: I actually ran into the same issue within Kinoma too. It had to open a browser to validate access to Twitter/Flickr/YouTube accounts and it gave an error saying the link couldn't be opened because it's not a signed/trusted certificate or that components couldn't be found.

Still having this problem, anyone else? I can't open links in twikini, which really... well sucks.

Also, calck- would you mind signing RSS Hub for the next release? We aren't able to click the links in posts and it's driving me insane LOL. Love everything else though!
