Lightbulb Re: [ 10-3 ][ v3 ][ 6.5.1 / 6.5 / 6.1 ] Calkulin's Visual HTC Kitchen & ROMs

I've been using WM65x since it was first available, and at the start, I knew about "tap & hold" to move icons up to the top of the menu.

Today, I was fooling around with the startmenu and pressed/held an icon with my finger, and viola... I could move it around anywhere on the start menu!

I don't recall seeing anyone post about this on any of the forums, so either I'm really out of touch (no pun intended... hehe) or this is something we haven't tried yet.

Anyway, beats the heck out of editing the registry to get your icon order personalized

Not new ... been discussed ... I first noticed it a few weeks ago in one of NRG's roms. You're right, it is a nice improvement.

Cool.
I'd be honored to buy you a beer some time. If you go to the Magic games... maybe there.

[Is it just me or is MediaFire slow today?]

I've lived in Orlando since 86, so I've been here a while but yeah, you can buy me a beer or 2 one day

I fixed any issues I saw, so they are just as stable as 23053 & 23414

Re: [ 10-3 ][ v3 ][ 6.5.1 / 6.5 / 6.1 ] Calkulin's Visual HTC Kitchen & ROMs

Hey there everyone & Calc,
Just downloading the new Kitchen, can't wait to waste my night watching hockey and cooking up some fun ROM.

I have a what might be obvious question but its something I was wondering about. Is it safe to use saved configuration files from previous kitchens in the new kitchens?

Thanks in advance!

Calc, keep up the awesome work! Your kitchen is the best!

a saved rom saves the sys selections and everything so i dunno how it would work if you used a saved config file from say 23053 and tryed to load it in the new kitchen that doesnt have 23053 in it.

Mates,

Sorry for this question but which ROM should I flash for my Diamond on Sprint network. On the first page there are four links with four different sys numbers. Which one I should download for my device. Thanks.
